If your company meets certain compliance criteria, the float for salary advances will be managed automatically by Wagestream.

If not, we provide you with a dedicated Wagestream bank account that you can deposit funds into as required.

Regardless, the same Wagestream processes ensure employees get paid and advances are reconciled.

No. Employee net salaries are paid via dedicated Wagestream accounts where advances and fees are reconciled before being forwarded (in seconds) to employees' personal bank accounts.

No. Wagestream does not provide loans and we do not share data with credit reference agencies. Salaries and advances paid via Wagestream are indistinguishable from direct payments from your company account.

To comply with AML regulations, we are required to conduct certain KYB and KYC checks on your company and its owners. This has been made fairly convenient and the entire onboarding process can be completed in around 15 minutes.

After you launch Wagestream in your workplace employees will be invited to download the Wagestream app.

You will be notified of employees that wish to enroll and any tasks that may be required to administer Wagestream for them.
